Overview | COP21 is an event that is important to all human beings in the world. At the end of this year, COP21 will be held in Paris, France. At COP21, international society will be expected to reach a new climate agreement that all countries will join. Towards COP21, each country will be discussing their new climate target, such as greenhouse gas emission reduction target.
At this moment, the Japanese government is considering its new climate target from 2020. How should Japan set an ambitious target? This matter will be discussed by a leading scholar, business leader and an environment NGO activist. |
